Dear Dad

Dear Dad,

We have been having a busy summer so far, here are some pictures so you can see what we have been up to.We have been swimming in lake water three times and guess what? We haven't gotten sick, or lost our fingers or toes or broken out in any scary rashes. You probably aren't very sad to have missed the lake visits, except maybe the last one because the Tates came with us (or we went with them?) and let us ride on their jet skis. Even Paigie went on a ride and loved every second of it.

We have been meeting new cousins. This is our newest cousin, baby Beckam. He is dreamy. We also met a lot of our cousins from your brothers and sisters in Denver. Sometimes it is hard to keep everyone straight, but we feel really lucky to be part of such a great family. Next week we will meet Baby Eva and get to see Alexander too.

Opa has taken us for a few spins around the yard in his wheebarrow - that is fun. Paigie is really attached to those blue shoes, and it's really too bad because you can smell them from about 50 yards away.

We have been looking for lots of ways to stay cool(one of the reasons we have been to the lake so often), these are some fountains that we played in when we were in Denver.
We also got to play football with your brothers, and nieces and nephews.

So, as you can see, we have been having a great time and it's wonderful to see everyone and be on vacation, but it's just not the same without you. Mom doesn't wrestle with us and it has been weeks since anyone did anything silly at the dinner table. Everything is better when you are here! Be safe and work hard, we will too, and then we will see each other in about 4 months. Love, your girls!

Dear loved ones, I feel so lucky to see these pictures and be a little part of your wonderful sweetness. The pictures are so fun to see, thank you. Hi Christopher, How is everything with the jet? Are you up and flying yet? You are always in my heart and in my prayers. Now Jason referred to me the other day, while we were on vacation in CA, as having been smothered for 28 years by me, I'm not sure if he was complementing me or not. We had a great trip, beach and more beach - fun. Saw Uncle Richard & Aunt Gene last Friday. They are okay. Travel time was 20 hours each way. All my love, Mom xo
